She was predeceased by : her parents, John Garrett and Lois "Carty" Garrett; and her sisters, Jacqueline and Kathleen. She is survived by : her daughters, Melissa Hampton of Denton, MD and Kelly Ramsey (Kevin Carver) of Marydel, MD; her brothers, Tom Garrett (Linda) and Jim Garrett (Penny); and her grandchildren, Scott Franks of Denton, MD, Paysen Ramsey of Denton, MD, Colton Hitchens of Denton, MD, Ava Carver of Salisbury, MD and Quentin Carver of Marydel, MD..
