He was predeceased by: his parents, William Ernest Weltner and Lillian Eney. He is survived by: his wife Donna Jean Weltner; his son Robert "Rob" E. Weltner, Jr. (Wendy); his grandsons, Robert "Bobby" E. Weltner, III (Erica) and Dalton M. Weltner (Brooke Davis); and his great grandchild Emersyn Weltner.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stallings Funeral Home (3111 Mountain Rd, Pasadena, MD 21122). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
