He is survived by: his children, Deborah Sue Smith, Lisa Diann Browning (Terry), Arthur N. Cosner, Jr. (Cindy) and William E. Cosner; his grandchildren, Artie Cosner, III (Kelly), Tyler Smith (Shaena), Aaron Browning (Lauren) and Carissa Gipe (David); and his great grandchildren, Maddie Cosner, Laken Cosner, Savannah N. Gipe, Sebastian L. Browning, Kai X. D. Gipe, Remy A. Gipe and Hailee E. Browning.
