He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvey L. Kinsey, Jr. and Betty C. Kinsey (Peterson); and his brother Shawn W. Kinsey. He is survived by: his wife Barb (Duffey); his children, Walker E. Kinsey of Maugansville and Kaylin R. Kinsey (Jonathan Shawyer) of Cavetown, MD; his grandchildren, Michael and Addison Shawyer of Cavetown; and his siblings, Jenny Kinsey Dunkinson of Hummelstown, PA, Alvey Lee Kinsey IV (Sandra) of Port Republic, VA and Clyde David Kinsey (Shelly) of Reading, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Scott's honor may be made to a charity of one's choice.
