She was predeceased by: her husband Lawrence Alsip, Jr.; her parents, Russell Ocker and Ruby Ocker; and her brother Larry Ocker. She is survived by: her son Lawrence Alsip, III (Nicole Alsip) of Hagerstown; her brother Gerald Ocker (Loise); and her grandchildren, Sophia and Liam Alsip. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
