He was predeceased by: his brother Carl Welser. He is survived by: his wife Carol Hawley Welser; his daughters, Kay Hawley Welser (Noah Scribner) and Alison Guyitt Welser (Calen Wong); his sisters, Mary Welser Bauer, Martha Welser Dougherty and Margaret Welser Anderson; and his sister-in-law Carole H. Welser.
