He is survived by: his daughters, Paula Gingell of Mayo, MD, Elaine Smith (Bob) of Pasadena, MD and Robin Greulich (Billy) of Mayo, MD.; his granddaughters, Jaime Gingell, Jennifer Bone, Angie Rogers, Katie Galaska, Chrissy Clow and Kara Ranjitkar; and his great grandchildren, Aaliyah, Cayla, Madalyn, Nicole, Devin, Caitlyn, Bradley, Caleb and Jonah.
