He was predeceased by: his parents, Tilghman Sr. Rawlings and Ruth Rawlings; his wife Ruth Louise; his daughter Rita Katherine Anderson; and his brother Tilghman "Bootsie" Jr..
He is survived by: his children, William "Billy" Rawlings (Glenda), Wayne Rawlings (Mary), Kevin Sr. (Sharon), Linda Senft (late Dannie Senft) and Hope Hallock (Rusty); and his brother Robert "Bep" Rawlings. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
