She was predeceased by: her parents, Mark Austin Saltzer and Helen Marguerite Saltzer (McDonald); her former husband Roger Lee Savage; and her brother-in-law Edward E. Hauser. She is survived by: her son Barry Arden Savage (Stephanie White) of Friendsville, MD; her grandchildren, Abrielle Lee Savage of Bruceton Mills, WV, James and Colton Browning of Kitzmiller, MD.; her siblings, Eleanor Suzanne McLuckie (Mike) of Leonardtown, MD, William Austin Saltzer of Venice, FL and Mary Jo Hauser of San Antonio, TX; her nieces, Cindy Parker (Fred), Tricia Shroll (Jeff) and Gretchen Alverez (Jose); and her friend Andrea Taylor of Marietta, GA.. She is also survived by great niece, four great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newman Funeral Homes (26722 Garrett Hwy, McHenry, MD 21520). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
