He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Miller and Deloris Miller; his daughter Donna Miller of Washington, D. C.; and his sister Michelle Simmons. He is survived by: his wife Frances Miller; his children, Bernard Jason Miller of Mechanicsville, MD, Lisa Jones of Washington, D. C. and Stacy Miller of Spotsylvania, VA; his siblings, Michael Miller of Frederick, MD and Denise Miller; and his grandchildren, Michael, Michaela, Salena and Robert.
