He was predeceased by: his parents, Roberta Kathleen Pooser and William Clyde Bowser, Jr.; and his brother Douglas Andrew Bowser. He is survived by: his spouse Karon Gaye Joyner; his children, Carter Lee Bowser of Albuquerque, NM, Clay Andrew Bowser (Jade) of Aiea, HI, Conner Royston Bowser of Jacksonville, FL and Cole Joyner Bowser of Mechanicsville, MD; his brother Jeffrey Lee Bowser of Laurel, MD.; and his nephews, Kenneth Ryan Bowser and Gregory Allen Bowser of Laurel, MD.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Liver Foundation, the Center for Dementia Research, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals or the Mt. Zion UMC in Mechanicsville, MD.
