It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Arnold Buckler Sr. of Mechanicsville, Maryland, who passed away on December 29, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jennings (Charlie) and Eleanora Buckler (Pilkerton); his niece Marlene Saldana; and his siblings, Robert Vernon Buckler (Joe), William Bryan Buckler (Sonny), Brenda Tucker and Minor Buckler.
He is survived by: his granddaughter Margaret L. Buckler-Ford (Monkey); his niece Tracey Fowler; his wife Sissie Buckler; his children, Troy D. Buckler, David A. Buckler Jr. (Debbie) and Margaret L. Buckler-Ford (Monkey); his grandchildren, Wyatt Buckler, Amber Hunter Courtney (Brandon), Josie Buckler-Ford and Starr Buckler-Ford; his great grandchild Levi Hunter; his siblings, Loretta Alvey, Ronald Buckler Sr. (Pearl), Lafayette Buckler, Wayne Buckler (Tammy), Glenn Buckler (Karen), Mark Buckler Myron Buckler (Wanda), Shelia Buckler, Kevin Buckler (Jackie), Debbie Johnson Jimmy (Mitch) and Betty Weddle; his sisters-in-law, Tinka Buckler and Melva Rita Buckler; his son-in-law Dexter Ford; his nephews, Ralph Gray Jr., Ronnie Buckler and Jeff Buckler; his daughter-in-law Debbie; his goddaughter Tracey; his niece Bonnie Jo Payne; and his granddaughters, Courtney, Carlie and Moon.
