He was predeceased by: his brother Lawrence Estep Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, Gladys Estep, Agnes Jordan, Lorretta Medley, Barbara Ann Winters, Charlotte Estep Thomas, James, Joseph, William Winters, Charles, Louis, David, Michael and Rodney Estep.
He is survived by: his parents, Wilma Estep and Lawrence Estep of Mechanicsville, MD.; his brother Julius Estep (LaKisha); his aunts, Yvonne Robinson, Mary Anne, Alice Winters, Faye and Joane Estep; his uncle Carroll Winters; his godson DeSean Estep; his sons, Kentwaun Wills and Ethan Butler; his nephew Malik Pickeral; and his nieces, Jasmine, Brea, Jakiyah and Jada Estep.
