He is survived by: his children, Douglas McLaughlin of Mechanicsville, MD, Linda Kolbe (John Kolbe) of Chaptico, MD and Crystal Downs (Jerry Downs, Jr.) of Avenue, MD; his siblings, Cora DiCamillo, Anna Wathen, Mary "Catherine" and John McLaughlin; and his grandchildren, Jessie Kolbe, Hannah Kolbe, Bryce Downs, Tyler Downs, Allie McLaughlin and Bella McLaughlin.
