She was predeceased by: her brother Robert J. Bialek (Sharon). She is survived by: her husband James "Jim" M. Shaw, Sr.; her son James M. Shaw, Jr. (Carla); her granddaughter Kassandra Y. Shaw; her great grandchild Charley S. Boswell; her brother-in-law Douglas Shaw (Retha "Midge"); her nephew Father Mark Bialek; her niece Carolynn Mitchell (Dwayne); her stepgrandchildren, Madison Spinatto, Morgan Tacka, MacKenzie Tacka, Troy Carroll, Terry Carroll and Kevin Carroll; and her stepgreat-granddaughter Julieanna Cash.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex (300 Mace Ave, Essex, MD 21211). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association (http://www.alz.org.) in memory of Arlene.
