Candace leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Candace’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sister Shan Pscherer; her significant other Basil Carter; her sister Becky Sullivan; her friend Stephanie Marcum; and her mother Georgia Mohr.
