He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Nancy; his parents, Ralph Warner and Martha Warner; his siblings, Marian Bates and Howard Warner; his nephews, Terry (Caroline) of Chase, MD and Dennis Bates (Melissa) of Inwood, WV.; his great-nephew Garrett; and his great-nieces, Jennifer, Stephanie, Natalie, Olivia and Mallory.
