With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Howard Randolf MacIver of Middle River, Maryland, who passed away on November 29, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his children, Brian MacIver and Sandy MacIver; and his grandson Grant MacIver.
