Shawn Downey Obituary

Shawn leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Shawn’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Shawn will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his child Jayden N. Downey; and his parents, Kathy F. Downey and Frederick S. Downey. He was also cherished by other loving family members and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the VFW (6309 Ebenezer Rd, Middle River, MD 21220).
