Gower, Sr. (Helen) and Theresa Gower; his sister Colleen Proctor; and his grandchildren, Riley, Elijah Miller and Aidenn Berry. He was also cherished by other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evan Funeral Chapel (8800 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21234). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
