We are sad to announce that, on November 14, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Brian Pickens of Middletown, Maryland. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family. He was predeceased by: his parents, Judy Pickens and Terry Pickens; his brother Troy Pickens; his grandparents, Duane, Nina Boock of Hagerstown, MD and Howard Pickens; his stepgrandmother Lillian Pickens; his grandmother Betty Domer; and his stepgrandfather Richard "Buck" Domer.

He is survived by: his daughters, Brittani Santiago (Richard "RJ") and Briella Pickens; his granddaughter Raemi Santiago; his niece Hayli Erdmann (Joey Watkins-Turner); his great-niece Samiyah Erdmann; his uncles, John (Cindy Pennesi), Tom (Bobbi Boock), Randy (Kathy Pickens) and Jay (Ann Pickens); and his friends, Mark Kingsbury and Jerry Burgess. He is also survived by many cousins, and countless friends.
