We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2023, at the age of 86, Charles D. Rapp of Middletown, Maryland, born in Fairbury, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew M. Rapp and Carolyn Rapp (Harms); and his granddaughter Peyton D. Rapp. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Rapp (Orrison); his children, Lisa Eng (Douglas) of Ellicott City, MD, Brian C. Rapp (Linda) of Mineral, VA and Sharon E. Rapp (Justin Chung) of Braddock Heights, MD.; his grandsons, Evan D. Eng, Colin C. Eng and Nicholas M. Chung; and his sister Beverly A. Brucker (Rapp) of Bloomington.
