Donna Lee Crouse Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna Lee Crouse of Middletown, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 15, 2025 at the age of 67. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donna Lee Crouse to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Dr. J. Richard Crouse. She is survived by: her husband Curtis Ruppert; her mother Alice "Joan" Crouse; her daughters, Kathleen Ruppert (Andrew Harnish) and Madeline Ruppert; her grandchildren, Ruth Harnish and Nolan Harnish; and her siblings, Diane Wilkinson (Steve), Kristi Boehmcke (Chris), J. Richard "Rick" Crouse and Karen Crouse (Ron Linton). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and Godchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, July 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, July 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Catholic Community (7321 Burkittsville Rd, Middletown, MD 21769).
