He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Clevenger and Myrtle Dixon Bagent; his cousins, Linda and Bernard; his half-brother Thomas; and his nephew Richard "Little Richie".
He is survived by: his daughter Stephanie (Austin); his grandchildren, Madelyn, Jasen and Brennan; his cousin Janice (Johnny); his half-brother Robert "Bobby"; his girlfriend Pat; and his close friends, Deb and John. He is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be shared to the Frederick County 4H Camp Center, 3702 Basford Road, Frederick, MD 21703.
