He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward C. Mumford and Mildred Mumford (Scott); and his son Scott Mumford. He is survived by : his wife Tricia "Chuck" Mumford (Foster); his daughter Connie Minear (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Carson, Parker and Hunter; and his siblings, Anne Seek (Foster), Danny Foster, Timmy Foster, Kevin Foster, Michael Foster, Pat Foster and Kathleen Fominaya (Foster). He is also survived by 48 nieces and nephews.
