She was predeceased by: her parents, Amidee Eckard and Olive Eckard (Guyton); her husband Luster Oxley; and her brothers, Lee Eckard and Cecil Eckard.
She is survived by: her sister Merilyn Moser of Middletown, MD. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and grand nieces and nephews.
