It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Claudette Kline of Middletown, Maryland, born in Hagerstown, Maryland, who passed away on November 4, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Peters and Ruth Peters (Bristol); and her sisters, Delores Petkus and Juanita Peters. She is survived by: her husband Richard L. Kline; her children, Tim C. Kline (Elizabeth) of Middletown and Laura B. Shipe (Russell) of New Market; her sister Madolyn McAbee of Hagerstown; and her grandchildren, Joshua Kline, Hannah Kline, Leah Kline and Jonathan Shipe (Alivia).
