He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. N. Stanley Lincoln and Freda Catton Lincoln; and his sister Patricia Hartford. He is survived by: his wife Patrice Runkel Lincoln; his children, Christine Milburn (Alistair) and Matthew Lincoln (Erin); and also Geoff Brown.
