He is survived by: his children, Tim Kline (Elizabeth) of Middletown, Maryland and Laura Shipe (Russell) of New Market, Maryland; and his grandchildren, Joshua Kline (Maico), Leah Kline, Hannah Kline and Jonathan Shipe.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 9:00 AM at the Rest Haven Funeral Home (1601 Pennsylvania Ave, Hagerstown, MD 21742). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Richard's memory to the Alliance of Confessing Evangelicals, 600 C Eden Road, Lancaster, PA 17601-9982.
