He was predeceased by: his parents, John Franklin Miller and Hattie Belle Miller (Zimmerman); and his siblings, Walter Offutt, Elaine Bryant Miller, Charles and Jerry Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mae Miller; his children, Cindy M. Sabato (Ed) and Scott A. Miller (Traci Underwood); his grandson Mason Miller; and his great grandchildren, Paisley, Abigail and Adeline Hershberger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
