She is survived by: her husband Timothy Foosness; her daughter Tama Plombon (Daniel); her grandchildren, Savanna Plombon (Christopher) and Blair Plombon; her great grandchildren, Aila Pearl and Edison Graham; and her siblings, Idilla "Poppy" Meek, Nita Laney (Jerry) and Steven Scheall. She is also survived by in-laws, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stauffer Funeral Home (1621 Opossumtown Pike, Frederick, MD 21702). A memorial service will be held on Friday, March 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
