He was predeceased by: his parents, John M. Hollern Jr. and Carol C. Hollern (Miller). He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Hollern, Katherine Brashear and Marlene Allen; his siblings' children, Billy Allen, Donna O'Donnell (Larry), Tommy Allen and Hope Kaseycamp (Eric); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Trystan Kaseycamp, Larry O'Donnell and Hannah O'Donnell. He is also survived by numerous other family members and friends.
