He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Audrey Mae Taylor and Francis Paul Dorr, Sr.; his siblings, Joseph Dorr and Margie Ann Marquess; his son Francis Paul Dorr, III; his sisters, Audrey Mae Owens and Theresa E. Jamar; and his children, Margaret G. Mentges (Peggi), Poppy, Summer A. Dorr, Madison L. Dorr of Ingleside, MD, Mallory L. Mentges and Jaden Mentges of Eldersburg.
Because of the surge in Covid cases the family respectfully asks for the use of masks.
