Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Margaret Rivers and Joseph Andrew Rivers II; and his siblings, Margaret Steinbrunner and Joseph Rivers III. He is survived by: his wife Susan Rivers; and his brothers, Steve Rivers and Neil Rivers. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Barranco Severna Park Funeral Home & Cremation Care (495 Ritchie Hwy, Severna Park, MD 21146).
