He was predeceased by: his wife Janice (Orr); his parents, Samuel R. Sharp and Mary Sharp (Angelow); his siblings, Rodger (Sharp Brothers Dairy) and Marjorie F. Ballentine; and his great grandchildren, Madison and Arash.
He is survived by: his children, Warren Sharp (Josie) of Dover, Bryan Sharp of Church Hill and Lorraine Moore (Steve) of Sudlersville, Maryland; his grandchildren, Jolene Eidle (Eric), Darla Sharp (Stephen), Sandy Sharp, Sarah Walters (Nathan), Kelly Moore Kohanpur (Amir), Stacy Faber (Ryan), Emily, Melody, Thomas and Jeffrey Sharp; and his great grandchildren, Julia, John, Isabela and Bennett.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Galena Funeral Home (118 W Cross St, Galena, MD 21635). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
