He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oscar Clough and Hester Ann "Pearson" Clough; his wife Elizabeth "Libby" Jester Clough; his son-in-law Raymond Fiske; and his sisters, Frances Hadaway, Elizabeth "Tissy" Clough (Julian "Sonny" Clough) and Nancy Ann Boyles (Edward "Eddie" Clough).
He is survived by: his children, Harriet Fiske Pearson (Alan) of Clayton, DE and James Clough (Becky) of Crumpton, MD; his grandchildren, Jamie Fiske of Elkton, MD., David Fiske (Danielle) of Dover, DE and Brian Fiske (Destiny) of Dover, DE.; his great grandchildren, Samuel Raymond Fiske and Duncan James Fiske; his siblings, Joan McClements of Kenton, DE and Charles Clough (Bobbie) of Millington, MD; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Sapp of Clayton, DE, June Reynolds of Felton, DE and Mae Clough of Millington, MD..
