She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert "Herb" Harness of Dyer County; her daughter Beth Horton (Homer Horton); and her brother Robert Whitt (late Ella). She is survived by: her son Lynn Harness of Monkton; her granddaughter Emily; and her siblings, Shirley Williams (late Talton), Jerry Whitt (Marie) and James Whitt (Mary).
Visitation was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holland Funeral Directors (5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 7th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Sadie Holland Memorial Chapel (5281 Cliff Gookin Blvd, Tupelo, MS 38801).
