Betty Jones Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on October 2, 2025, at the age of 95, Betty Jones (Monkton, Maryland) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Betty shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Betty farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice M. Parker and George H. Parker; her husband William E. Jones; and her siblings, Louise Billingsley and Robert M. Parker.
She is survived by: her daughters, Vicky Schmoeller (Richard) of Arbutus and Jo Ann Lafo (Dave) of Punta Gorda, Florida; her granddaughter Carol Hatton (Matthew); and her great grandchildren, Reese Hatton and Maxwell Hatton.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Betty's name to a charity of your choosing.
