He was predeceased by: his father Garrett W. Hall of Monkton. He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Powers Hall; his siblings, Amy Beth Hall, Mary Hall Pardew and Andrew David Hall; his siblings-in-law, Edward Hough, Greg Pardew and Laura Renner; and his nieces and nephews, Alma Pardew, Rory, River, Violet Hall, Lucy and Ben Hough.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Samaritan Halfway House in Annapolis, a place where Matt found compassion, support, and a deep sense of connection and understanding.
