It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Evelyn Mae Wilcom of Monrovia, Maryland, who passed away on October 28, 2025, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. Wilcom; her parents, Hilda Mae Wetzel and Roger Roland Fogle; her sons, Michael J. Wilcom, Jr. and Mark Wayne Wilcom; her grandson Corey Wilson; and her sisters, Betty Lee and Alice Robertson.
She is survived by: her son Christopher Wilcom (Robin); her grandchildren, Alexis Renee Wilcom, Marisa Nicole Wilcom and Joshua Wayne Wilcom; her great grandchildren, Colvin, Julian, Laryn, Dakota and Wyatt; Lori Gibbons. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Keeney and Basford Funeral Homes (106 E Church St, Frederick, MD 21701). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the St. Ignatius of Loyola Church (4103 Prices Distillery Rd, Ijamsville, MD 21754).
