O'Neill; his children, Ryan O'Neill (Stephanie), Erin Cummings (Craig), Shaun O'Neill (Kristen), Shannon Myers (Al) and Meghan Witte (Jason); his grandchildren, Riley, Dylan, Delaney, Avery, Alaina, Scott, Brody, Ashlyn, Carter, Kyle, Ainsley and Stella; his father-in-law Bill Jent; and his sisters, Virginia, Marie and Gertrude.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Diabetes Assoc.
