She was predeceased by: her husband Robert "Bobbie" Lowman; her mother Emily Watkins Burns; her siblings, Courtney Burns and Yvonne Gosnell; and her niece Joyce Gosnell.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Lowman (Paulette), Lisa Smith (Michael), Cheri Dods (Michael) and Gina Reisberg (Jim); her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Meghan (Jon), Ryan (Jessica), Derek (Vittoria) and Chad (Alyssa); her great grandchildren, Danielle, Cherokee, Kaelyn, Emersyn, Avanna, Elizabeth, Emilia, Adalyn and Eyla; her brother Charles "Nip" Burns (Carol Wagner); and her friend Norma Buffington.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stauffer Funeral Home-Mt. Airy (8 E Ridgeville Blvd, Mt Airy, MD 21771). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Mt. Airy Volunteer Fire Co, 702 N. Main St, Mt Airy, MD 21771.
