Knill, Susan Shankle of Mt. Airy, Anne Knill of Boonsboro and Duane Knill of Everrett, Washington.; and his grandchildren, James W. Knill, Danny Knill, Brian Knill, Lewis Shankle, Bethany Orwig, Austin Dorsey, Parker Dorsey and Elizabeth Knill.
