He is survived by: his wife Mary Kathleen Hock (Kathie); his daughters, Patricia Gwilliam (David), Anne Eastlake (Michael), Mary Alberthal (Justin) and Kathleen Spicer (Jason); his grandchildren, Jack Gwilliam (Tori), Katie Gwilliam, Christopher, Erin Eastlake, Elizabeth Alberthal, Kevin, Kelly, Kaitlyn, Kortney, Kristen, Kinley and Kora Spicer Matthew Kusterer (Abi); and his pet Lady.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
