She is survived by: her daughter Ruth Ann Heffner (Stephen); her daughter-in-law Carrie Monroe; her grandchildren, Britnee Ryan and Danielle Nicole; her great grandchildren, Sylas Alexander and Mason Bentley; and her niece Pam.
