It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Gosnell of Mount Airy, Maryland, who passed away on July 20, 2023, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Harry Truman Frizzell and Helen Marguerite Harn Frizzell; her husband James Gosnell; and her son Harry Basil "Bas" Gosnell. She is survived by : her grandson Steven M. Gosnell (Ginger); her great grandchildren, Steven J., Chesney Gosnell, AJ and Austin Webber; her sisters, Joan Smith and Mickey Hann; and her friend Diane Fox.
