With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ellis Daryl Thompson of Mount Airy, Maryland, who passed away on February 14, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, William Earl Thompson and Edna Lauray Smith Thompson; his brothers, Kenneth and Wayne Thompson; his brother-in-law David Naill; and his former life partners, Debbie and Kathy.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy Thompson; his sons, Danny Thompson (Angela Hett) and Ricky Thompson (Tammy Porter); his grandchildren, Morgan Davis, Cami Thompson (Devin Fishel), Haven Thompson and Alexis Wagner; his great grandchildren, Case and Taylynne Fishel; and his sisters, Doris King, Carol Butcher, Sharon Giesler, Donnie, Virginia Naill and MikeNaill.
