She is survived by: her children, Tracey Higgs (Craig Higgs) and Dale Rice (Allyson Rice); her grandchildren, Kelsey Higgs, Rose Fan-Higgs, Samantha Rice, Parker Rice and Tyler Rice; and her sister JoAnn Bonsall. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
