He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Cowen Buckley and Alice Gertrude Buckley (Lupton); and his wife Darla Jean Buckley. He is survived by: his children, Theresa A Watts, Robert E. (Carolyn), Thomas A. and James A. (Laura Buckley); his stepsons, Bruce Blaney and Mark Rockman (Anna); and his grandchildren, Jessica E Trabing, Patricia M Gish, Danielle Thomas (Dani), Myranda Morris, Warren Keith Watts Jr. and Danielle Rockman. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
