It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Francis J. Kisner of Mount Airy, Maryland, born in Rockville, Maryland, who passed away on March 20, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Henry and Nellie Amanda Kisner; and his siblings, Carl Kisner, Robert Kisner and May Davis.

He is survived by : his wife Marie Kisner; and his children, Joan Wimer (Larry) of Elizabethtown Pa, Susan Thompson (Mike) of Clearville Pa and Johnny Kisner (Trish) of Sharpsburg Md. He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great-grand-children.
